Operational Principles

Our website together with the office is intended to process orders and inform you about current news.

1. By entering the website, you confirm your agreement to all terms.
2. Changes take effect upon publication.
3. Please obey the laws when using our platform. Any illegal activities or unauthorized endangerment of system security are prohibited.

• Uploading content that infringes copyrights or is offensive is prohibited.
• Orders may be suspended or canceled if fraudulent activities are detected.
• The tone of the finished product may visually differ from what is displayed on the screen.

Contract Conclusion

Contractual obligations are formed upon receipt of payment and order confirmation. Standard production starts when the client approves the mockup and makes full payment.

File Specifications

To ensure a seamless printing process, please submit files compliant with the following criteria:

1. File Type: PDF, CMYK, PDF/X-4, AI, EPS, TIFF, PNG, JPG
2. Resolution: 300 dpi
3. Fonts: converted to curves
4. Bleed: at least 3mm, with safety margins
5. Copyright: the client guarantees the rights to use the materials

Minor color changes within industry norms are not considered defects.

Financial Settlements

Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Delivery costs are calculated separately.

• Payment on-site – in cash or by card before production begins
• Bank transfer must be made before production starts

Product prices are determined based on material, volume, and other technical aspects. In case of a price error, a correction or cancellation with a full refund will be offered. More information is available in the Payment and Delivery section.

Delivery Options

We offer delivery through Omniva, Exprespasts, SmartPosti, Bicycle Courier representatives, or you can pick up your order at our office. Detailed information about delivery times and costs can be found in the Payment and Delivery section.

Product Return Policy

All return procedures are outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.

• Standard Products: may be returned within the legally stipulated time frame
• Personalized Products: accepted for return only in the case of a defect or mismatch

Intellectual Property

The texts and visual materials seen on the site are protected under SIA “Dizains un Druka” or its partners’ copyright norms, and their use outside the site without written permission is prohibited. By uploading files, you guarantee that no third-party rights are violated.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of profit or damage to reputation. In case defects are found, we offer replacement or redoing of goods subject to return conditions.

• Complaints must be submitted with evidence, such as photos, within a reasonable time.
• If the delivery or production process is delayed due to Force Majeure events, it must be reported immediately to inform the other party.

Data Processing and Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies are used to enhance website functionality and collect statistics.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are primarily resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, they are considered according to legal regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
