Our company SIA “Dizains un Druka” offers detailed guidelines to facilitate your order cancellation, product return, or fund receiving process. These guidelines apply to purchases made both at our official office and in the online store.
When these terms are relevant to you
These terms apply to all products, from business cards to brochures and other custom-made materials according to your requirements, as well as the standard product offering.
When returns are not possible
- If items are produced in the PANTONE color range or other personalized shades without an obvious quality defect.
- Goods with damaged or irreversibly opened packaging, if required for hygiene or safety reasons.
Acceptable reasons for cancellation:
- Unwanted design or color changes, if the product matches the approved sample, will not be considered.
- Errors in processed files, such as text or size, will not be regarded as our responsibility.
Right of withdrawal
- Individuals: goods can be returned within two weeks if they are in full set.
- Business transactions: mutual agreement and current regulations apply.
Product return procedure
- Provide the order number, a description of the defect, and photo or video records.
- Contact us by writing to info@dizainsundruka.lv, providing the name, company name, contacts, product code, and quantity.
- After confirmation, proceed according to our instructions and use the assigned return identifier, if one has been created.
- The printing products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transportation.
Cost sharing arrangement
- Standard return: the customer must cover the transportation costs.
- Quality defects: delivery costs will be compensated by SIA “Dizains un Druka”.
- Full order cancellation: the standard delivery fee is returned, although expedited delivery and insurance fees are not refundable.
Until the product has safely arrived at our warehouse, you are responsible for the loss or damage.
Payment refund process
- We transfer the money within 14 days after the withdrawal request, but only after receiving the product or submitting proof of sending.
- Compensations are carried out in the original method of payment or credited to your account subject to verification.
- Compensations may be reduced if the product has been excessively used beyond merely checking its properties.
Delivery and communication options
We invite you to choose a delivery method with tracking options, such as Omniva or Latvijas Pasts, and also to possibly hand over goods in person. List of necessary actions in case of defects
